b)Said estimated time of arrival, in a case where no estimated time of approach has been given in the instructions prior to faillure, and the aircraft has reported to the wilt conducting air traffic control service before the radio failure regarding its estimated time of arrival at the airspace over the destinatlon:
c)Actual time when the estimated time required after take-off under Article 203 paragraph 1 subparagraph 7 has elapsed, in cases other than under a and b)above;
(4)In a case where the aircraft is under instrument-monitored meteorological conditions and has arrived at the airspace over the destination before the radio failure, and an instruction has been given to hold at said point in the instructions prior to failure, to commence descent after holding over said point until the time specified below (or to commence descent as soon as possible, in a
case where it was impossible to commence descent at the specified time);
a)Said estimated time of approach, in a case where the estimated time of approach has been given in the instructions prior to failure;
b)Said time, in a case where no estimated time of approach has been given in the instructions prior to failure, but where the time at which the next instructions are due to be issued has been given;
c)Actual time when the estimated time required after take-off under Article 203 paragraph 1 subparagraph 7 has elapsed, in cases other than under a)and b)above.

 

(Method of Flight for Aircraft for which Permission has been Granted under Article 97 Paragraph 1 of the Law)
Article 207. Any aircraft flying under instrument flight rules shall while flying along an airway within a control area or control zone, fly along the center of the airway, except in unavoidable cases.

(Position Report)
Article 209. Any aircraft which has to report its position etc. to the Minister of Transport under the provisions of Article 97 paragraph 4 of the Law shall, in case of an aircraft flying under instrument flight rules at the points notified by Minister of Transport as reporting point, or in the case of other aircraft at the point instructed by the unit conducting area control service, report the following matters to the unit conducting area control service:
(1)Registration mark or radio call sign of said aircraft;
(2)Time and altitude at said point;
(3)Estimated time of arrival at the next reporting point (limited to aircraft for which approval has been granted under Article 97 paragraph 1 of the law);
(4)Special unforeseen weather conditions;
(5)Other matters affecting the safety of aircraft navigation.
